decent stay but needs more attention
The bed provided a restful sleep, which was a highlight of my night. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, enhancing my overall comfort during the stay.
The breakfast options available lacked variety.

fast, free Wi-Fi, spacious accommodations, good selection of TV channels
Parking situation frustrating!!! A basic kettle in the room would be nice to enjoy tea instead of hunting down snacks!!! A little too much noise from the busy road for my liking!!!

Perfect spot for solo travelers!
Had a really good time here! The room was super quiet and the bed was comfy, perfect for some work and catching Zs. The staff were warm and helpful. Location was ace—just minutes from where I needed to be. Plus, the bar had good beers and a big screen for footie. Only wish there was breakfast.

Location offers easy access to local attractions, making it practical for solo travelers. Comfortable bedding in the Double Room creates a decent night’s rest despite any other inconveniences.
The room's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. marked walls and chipped furniture give off a dingy vibe. A torn curtain and lack of extra blankets might not be crucial for everyone, but for a longer stay, these details could matter. If you're looking for a pristine aesthetic, this may miss the mark a bit.

the location was good, just a short walk to central birmingham. the staff were friendly enough, and the room was decent with basic facilities. liked that there was a sink in my room. the bed was comfy which helped me sleep well at night. overall, it was a convenient stay.
but the cleaner went into my room and i noticed £10 missing from my drawer. also, the owner didn’t honor the promise of refunding my room cost which was super frustrating.

Just a top selection for a holiday in Birmingham with fantastic value for money. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite. Try to avoid peak traffic times when driving by.

Our family had a delightful two-night stay, and we truly felt it was great value for money. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect as we could easily access everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. It's reassuring to know a place like this exists when we return to Birmingham.

Absolutely loved the homemade biscuits at the lounge, paired them with some cheeky beers while mingling with the locals. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfy — just what we needed for our stay!
Now, the owner could do with a lesson in manners! Rude behavior over a guest fee situation was a downer, but the lounge vibes kept everything in balance.
